Using the “Textile Feng Shui Wall” as its focal point, the document interweaves local history, industrial innovation, and cultural symbolism to highlight the enduring influence of Liu Guojun and the Dacheng factories.
Changzhou College of Information Technology (常州信息职业技术学院) was founded in 1962 by renowned industrialist Mr. Liu Guojun. The school is rooted in the information industry and has been recognized as a national model vocational college and included in the China High-Level Vocational School Development Program.

On May 27, 2025, the Office of the Standing Committee of the Changzhou Municipal People’s Congress issued a certificate acknowledging the donation of six historical materials by Liu Xuejin (Liu Guojun's grandson) and Liu Jiesheng (Liu Guojun's great-grandson). Among the items is Liu Guojun’s certificate as a representative to the Fifth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China. These documents have been formally accepted and are now preserved and displayed in the Changzhou People’s Congress History Exhibition Hall.
