	Trade and Technology Networks in the Chinese Textile Industry: Opening Up Before the Reform	The aim of this book is to track the historical origins of China’s economic reforms. 	Chinese Capitalists in Japan’s New Order: The Occupied Lower Yangzi, 1937-1945	Liu Guojun is mentioned in Chapter 7 Textile and Consumer Industries in the War Era: Beyond the Rong Model. 2017	“Liu Guojun’s Analysis of the Cultural Connotation of Dacheng Textile Dyeing Company’s Trademark” 刘国钧的大成纺织染公司商标文化内涵探析	Liu Guojun is an influential figure in the history of China’s modern economic development. As early as the early 1930s, as a mature entrepreneur, he stepped onto the historical stage of China’s national industry. On this big stage, he vividly choreographed the dazzling scene of the textile printing and dyeing industry has attracted the attention of the world, and he is known as an outstanding industrialist in modern China. Liu Guojun’s achievements are not only due to his scientific management, technological innovation, and advanced equipment, but also the naming of the trademark and the meaning behind the trademark. The cultural connotation contained in “Liu Guojun” is also a very important reason for Liu Guojun’s success in industry. —	“How does entrepreneurship affect organizational resilience? Based on the case study of textile giant Liu Guojun” 企业家精神如何影响组织韧性？基于纺织巨子刘国钧的案例研究	Entrepreneurship is an indispensable and powerful driving force in economic transformation and upgrading and is closely related to organizational development. However, few studies have directly explored the relationship between entrepreneurship and organizational resilience. Based on the review of Liu Guojun’s life experience, this article uses the case study method to first summarize and refine Liu Guojun’s entrepreneurial spirit, including “assessing the situation, feelings for family and country, striving for excellence, people-oriented, and learning and applying”. Secondly, it sorts out Dacheng’s achievements over the years, it’s development and strategic process, and summarizes the four major centers for improving organizational resilience, namely business strategy, technical capabilities, human resources and corporate culture. Finally, a relationship model between Liu Guojun’s entrepreneurial spirit and Dacheng’s organizational resilience was constructed, revealing the micro-level of corporate process mechanism by which family spirit affects meso organizational resilience. The findings of this paper not only enrich the research in the field of entrepreneurship and organizational resilience, but also help to provide experience for the growth of contemporary Chinese enterprises.
